If an event is moved to a new date or time, your tickets remain valid for the updated schedule.
For buyers
The tickets you purchased can be used for the new event date
Seat and section details stay the same unless the organizer changes them
Surtix will email you once the new details are confirmed
Refunds are not automatically provided for rescheduled events because the tickets are still usable.
For sellers
You must deliver tickets according to the updated delivery deadline
Payout will be processed 7 business days after the rescheduled event date, provided no dispute is raised
