Always include

• Event name, date, and venue

• Section, row, and seat numbers

• Number of tickets available

• Delivery method (e-ticket or physical)

Helpful extras

• Clear and readable screenshots/PDF of tickets or proof of purchase.

• Details about restrictions such as needing the original purchaser's ID, the ticket being for ages 18+, the seat having a limited view, etc.

Avoid

• Guessing or inputting inaccurate seat details.

• Listing tickets you don’t yet have access to.
