This gives buyers time to report any issues before funds are released.
You can raise a dispute if:
Tickets were not delivered
Tickets did not match the listing
Tickets were invalid at the venue
There was a serious problem with the order
How it protects you
Seller payout is paused while we review
Your payment remains secure
Surtix steps in to resolve the issue fairly
If no dispute is raised within the window, the seller payout is processed automatically.
