To protect buyers and sellers, Surtix releases payouts 7 days after the event date.

How it works

• Buyer payment is held securely after the sale

• Tickets are delivered and the event takes place

• Buyers have time to raise a dispute if there is an issue

• If no dispute is raised, payout is released automatically

When payout may be delayed

• A buyer has opened a dispute

• Delivery was not confirmed

• Additional verification is required
