How do I receive payouts from my tickets?

Surtix secures seller earnings through our verified payout partner. To receive payouts, make sure that:

• Your Surtix seller account is verified.

• Your payout bank account has been connected to Airwallex with correct and complete information.

• Your Identity was verified

Surtix releases your payout 7 days after the event has passed unless the buyer raises a dispute. If you failed to receive your payment, reach out to [e-mail].
