Most issues can be solved faster through our dispute process, including:

Help with event changes or cancellations

Filing a chargeback may pause your Surtix account while reviewed
It can slow down resolution compared to our internal process
Surtix will provide your bank with transaction evidence
The better option
Use Raise a Dispute in My Orders so we can:
Protect your payment
Investigate with the seller
Resolve the issue directly
