How to reset a forgotten password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few steps.

Resetting your password

Go to the Log in page on surtix.com/login and click on Forgot password?

Enter your account email then click Send Reset Link.

In your email, you will receive an email titled "Surtix - Forgot password" from [e-mail]. Click on the Reset Password button to set a new password for your account.

Enter in your new password twice to finish resetting your password.

 

Didn’t receive the email?

• Check Spam/Junk folders

• Make sure you entered the correct email

For security, choose a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols.
