Prohibited items

To keep Surtix safe and fair, some items cannot be listed or sold on the platform.

Not allowed on Surtix

• Tickets you do not own or control

• Counterfeit, altered, or duplicated tickets

• Free or complimentary tickets marked “not for resale”

• Tickets with names that cannot be transferred

• Listings with incorrect event, seat, or date details

• Multiple listings for the same exact tickets

• Tickets restricted by organizer rules or local law

Listings may be removed if they

• Contain misleading information

• Use placeholder seat details

• Advertise tickets not yet in the seller’s possession

• Attempt sales outside the Surtix platform

Consequences

• Removal of listings

• Order cancellation

• Seller penalties or fees

• Suspension or closure of the account
