This is a simple summary of how Surtix works. Full legal terms apply to every user.

For buyers

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

• Funds are held until after the event

• Buyers may raise disputes before the 7-day payout window ends

• Canceled events follow the Surtix refund process

• Tickets must match the listing description

For sellers

• You must deliver valid tickets on time

• Payouts are released 7 days after the event

• Airwallex is used for seller payments

• Verification may be required (Veriff)

• Penalties apply for incorrect or prohibited listings

For everyone

• All communication and payments must stay on Surtix

• Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the platform is prohibited

• Surtix may review accounts or orders to protect users
