Selling on Surtix is easy and protected from start to finish. We handle payments, buyer verification, and disputes so you can sell with confidence.
Step 1 — Create your Surtix account
Sign up with your real details and complete identity verification when required.
This helps keep the marketplace safe for both buyers and sellers.
Step 2 — List your tickets correctly
When creating a listing, include:
Event name and date
Section, row, and seat details
Number of tickets
Clear ticket images or proof of purchase (if available)
Accurate information helps your tickets sell faster and avoids issues later.
Step 3 — Buyer purchase & secure payment
When a buyer purchases your tickets:
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Funds are held safely — not released right away
You’ll receive clear instructions to deliver the tickets
This protects you from chargebacks and fake buyers.
Step 4 — Deliver tickets to the buyer
Follow the delivery method shown on your order:
Upload e-tickets
Transfer via official platform
Meet any event-specific requirements
Once delivery is confirmed, the order moves to completion status.
Step 5 — 7-Day Post-Event Protection
To keep the marketplace fair:
Seller payouts are released 7 days after the event
Buyers have time to raise a dispute if:
tickets were not delivered
tickets were invalid
there was a serious issue with the order
If no dispute is raised, your payout is automatically processed through Airwallex to your bank account.
