Step 2 — List your tickets correctly

When creating a listing, include:

• Event name and date

• Section, row, and seat details

• Number of tickets

• Clear ticket images or proof of purchase (if available)

Accurate information helps your tickets sell faster and avoids issues later.

Step 3 — Buyer purchase & secure payment

When a buyer purchases your tickets:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

• Funds are held safely — not released right away

• You’ll receive clear instructions to deliver the tickets

This protects you from chargebacks and fake buyers.

Step 4 — Deliver tickets to the buyer

Follow the delivery method shown on your order:

• Upload e-tickets

• Transfer via official platform

• Meet any event-specific requirements

Once delivery is confirmed, the order moves to completion status.

To keep the marketplace fair:

• Seller payouts are released 7 days after the event

• Buyers have time to raise a dispute if:
