Prohibited tickets

To keep the marketplace safe, some tickets cannot be sold on Surtix.

Not allowed

• Tickets you do not own or control

• Counterfeit or altered tickets

• Free or complimentary tickets marked “not for resale”

• Tickets with personal names that cannot be transferred

• Duplicate listings for the same tickets

• Tickets restricted by the organizer or law

If you list prohibited tickets

• The listing may be removed

• Payout may be withheld

• Your account could be suspended
