Updated deadlines for rescheduled events

If an event is rescheduled, new delivery rules apply.

What sellers must do

• Follow the updated delivery deadline shown in your order

• Deliver tickets valid for the new event date

• Update any transfer details if required by the organizer

Payout timing

• Seller payout will be processed 7 business days after the rescheduled event date

• Standard dispute window still applies

If you cannot meet the new deadline, contact Surtix immediately to avoid penalties.
