If an event is rescheduled, new delivery rules apply.
What sellers must do
Follow the updated delivery deadline shown in your order
Deliver tickets valid for the new event date
Update any transfer details if required by the organizer
Payout timing
Seller payout will be processed 7 business days after the rescheduled event date
Standard dispute window still applies
If you cannot meet the new deadline, contact Surtix immediately to avoid penalties.
