Seller delivery requirements

Sellers must deliver tickets exactly as promised in the listing.

You are required to:

• Deliver tickets by the deadline shown in your order

• Provide tickets that match the listing details

• Use the correct delivery method (e-ticket or physical)

• Respond to Surtix messages about delivery

Do not:

• Send different seats than listed

• Delay delivery without reason

• Provide screenshots instead of valid tickets (unless allowed)

Failure to follow delivery rules may lead to penalties, order cancellation, or account suspension.
