What buyers are protected against

• Tickets not delivered

• Tickets that don’t match the listing

• Invalid tickets at the venue

• Official event cancellations

How protection works

• Payments are held securely until 7 days after the event

• Buyers can raise a dispute before seller payout

• Our Trust & Safety team reviews any issues

If something goes wrong

You may receive:

• Replacement tickets (when available), or

• A refund according to Surtix policies

For canceled events, Surtix will email you with options for Wallet credit or cash refund.
