Sellers must follow Surtix rules to keep the marketplace safe and fair.

Sellers are required to

• Provide accurate event and seat details

• Deliver the exact tickets listed

• Meet delivery deadlines

• Use approved transfer or shipping methods

• Respond to Surtix messages about orders

Sellers must not

• List tickets they don’t own or control

• Provide incorrect or misleading information

• Deliver different seats than sold

• Attempt payments outside Surtix

Consequences of non-compliance

• Order cancellation

• Seller penalties or fees

• Withholding of payout

• Suspension of selling privileges
