When will my tickets be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the ticket type and the seller.

Digital tickets

• Many are available instantly after purchase.

• Some are delivered closer to the event date when released by the organizer.

• You’ll see the download link in My Orders once verified.

 Physical tickets

• Tickets are shipped after your order is confirmed.

• The seller will provide the courier tracking number.

• Tracking details will appear in My Orders.

• An estimated arrival date will be shown.

Updates and notifications

• If the delivery date changes, we’ll notify you by email.

• You can check the latest status anytime in My Orders.
