Logged-in users can check the status of their ordered tickets anytime. To track your ordered tickets you may visit the My Orders page of your dashboard through surtix.com/dashboard/orders.
You may also access this page from the Homepage with the following steps.
From the Homepage
First click on the User Icon on the top-right of the Homepage.
Click on Dashboard to visit your dashboard and check the status of your tickets.
From your Dashboard, click on My Orders to see all your orders.
From the Orders page you can see the details of all your orders, including their status, delivery date, and type of ticket you ordered. You may also use the search bar to search for tickets by event name, or even use the dropdown beside the search bar to filter orders by status.
