How can I track my order status?

You can check your order anytime from your Surtix account.

Step 1 — Log in

Sign in with the email and password used for your purchase.

Step 2 — Open “My Orders”

Go to My Orders from your dashboard.

Step 3 — View real-time updates

Your order page will show:

• Payment confirmation

• Ticket verification

• Delivery progress

• Download availability (for e-tickets)

If anything looks unclear, contact support with your Order ID and we’ll help right away.
