Tickets on Surtix are delivered in two ways depending on the event and seller.

• Sent as a file or QR code

• Downloaded from My Orders

• Can be saved to your phone or email

• No shipping required

📦 Physical tickets

• Printed tickets shipped to your address

• Delivered with tracking information

• You may need to confirm receipt once they arrive
