If you received physical tickets, please keep them until your refund is completed.

In some cases

• The seller may need the tickets returned to claim their own refund

• We will email you clear return instructions if this is required

• Return shipping details will be provided by Surtix

Do not dispose of physical tickets until we confirm they are no longer needed.
