Wallet credit vs Cash refund

After a cancellation email, you’ll be offered two choices:

Option 1 — Surtix Wallet Credit 

• Credit worth of what you paid

• Valid for 1 year from issue date

• Can be used for any tickets in the same currency

Option 2 — Cash Refund

• Refund to your original payment method

• Processed within 10 business days after you confirm your choice

You can select your preferred option directly from the instructions in the email.
