Open your order in My Orders
Contact Surtix Support right away
Share these details:
Order ID
What doesn’t match (seat, section, date, event)
Photos or screenshots of the ticket
Any messages from the seller
What Surtix will do
Review the listing and ticket details
Verify authenticity with the seller or event source
Protect your payment during investigation
Arrange a replacement or refund if the ticket is incorrect
Remember: sellers are paid 7 days after the event, so there is time to resolve issues.
