Tickets on Surtix are sold by individual sellers, so buyers cannot directly cancel an order after purchase. This is because sellers commit their tickets once a sale is made.
However, you still have options depending on your situation:
Option 1 — Resell your tickets
If you can no longer attend:
You can list the tickets for sale on Surtix through the Create Listing process
Set your own price
Once sold, you’ll be paid after the event following the standard payout rules
This is the fastest way to recover your money for change-of-plans.
Option 2 — If there is a problem with the tickets
You can request help instead of canceling when:
Tickets were not delivered
Tickets don’t match the listing
Tickets are invalid
The event was canceled
In these cases, use Raise a Dispute in My Orders so we can review and protect your payment.
Important to know
Orders cannot be canceled simply due to change of mind
Payments are held until 7 days after the event to protect buyers
Issues with tickets should be reported within 3 days after the event date
