Tickets on Surtix are sold by individual sellers, so buyers cannot directly cancel an order after purchase. This is because sellers commit their tickets once a sale is made. However, you may still resell your tickets on Surtix once you receive them.
If you have any issues with receiving your tickets such as:
Undelivered tickets
Invalid tickets
Tickets that don’t match the listing
The event was canceled
You may report issues through support@surtix.com, the Surtix Chatbot, or the Surtix Helpdesk.
Important to know
Orders cannot be canceled simply due to change of mind
Payments are held until 7 days after the event to protect buyers
Issues with tickets should be reported within 3 days after the event date
