You can raise a dispute anytime before seller payout (up to 3 days after the event). Email support@surtix.com with the following details:
The Order Number of the ticket you wish to report.
A description of the problem you have with your ticket.
Evidence of the issue you have with your ticket.
The support team may also ask for additional information such as:
Photos or screenshots
Proof of non-delivery
Venue confirmation for invalid tickets
Communication with the seller
How Surtix can resolve the dispute
Pause seller payout
Investigate fairly for both the buyer and seller
Decide on either replacement or refund of your ticket.
