Steps to raise a dispute
Go to My Orders
Select the order
Click Report an Issue / Raise Dispute
Describe the problem and upload evidence
We may ask for
Photos or screenshots
Proof of non-delivery
Venue confirmation for invalid tickets
Communication with the seller
What Surtix will do
Pause seller payout
Investigate fairly for both sides
Decide on replacement or refund
